To make a return, you have 14 days<\/strong> from the date of receipt of the email confirming the delivery of your order.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

You can return your items as long as the following conditions are respected:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

1. The bags and accessories<\/span><\/span> must be in perfect condition. We will not accept the return of products that have been used, washed or have no inside label.<\/div>\n
2.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Items cannot be exchanged or returned without the complete original packaging and\/or seal.<\/div>\n
3.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Underwear and swimwear cannot be exchanged or returned without their original hygiene sticker and\/or seal.<\/div>\n
4.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Products in packs are indivisible and cannot be returned partially or individually.<\/div>\n

5.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Exchanges or returns are not permitted in the case of products that are modified\/customised at the request of the customer, nor items purchased in another market.<\/p>\n

Return costs: The cost of the return is the same as the shipping for the order, based on the weight of the package and shipping method chosen by the client. For orders delivered for free, the return cost will be calculated and the client will be informed of the cost. For reference: 1 kg package to a pickup spot in Spain has a cost of 3.67\u20ac.<\/p>\n

After the return has been approved<\/strong>, you will receive a confirmation email and the amount will be refunded to you using the same payment method that you used to complete your purchase and within a maximum period of 7 business days <\/strong>once we recieve your order back.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
